VOKOLI PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Public Participation Exercise
In my capacity as Moi Girls High School - Vokoli Board Of Management (BOM) Chairman, today I had the privilege of joining residents of the greater Sabatia area, local leadership led by Sabatia Constituency Member of Parliament (MP) Hon. Clement Sloya and representatives of various institutions during a Public Participation exercise on the proposed handover of the school's infrastructure to Kaimosi Friends University for establishment of the University’s School of Health Sciences.
In my speech, I commended all stakeholders for their active participation and commitment to this transformative initiative.
I further called upon the people of Sabatia and Vihiga County in general to support this noble endeavor.
The establishment of this institution is expected to stimulate significant economic growth in the region, including the expansion of housing, hospitality and other business opportunities, thereby enhancing livelihoods and driving sustainable development.
